Enabled Talent seeks to enhance its position as a leader in disability-inclusive hiring by developing a comprehensive employer branding strategy. The project aims to address the challenge of how businesses can effectively position themselves as inclusive employers in a competitive market. Students will explore the current landscape of HR and DEI branding, focusing on how companies communicate their commitment to inclusivity. The goal is to provide Enabled Talent with actionable insights and strategies to strengthen its brand as an inclusive employer. This project will allow students to apply their classroom knowledge of marketing, branding, and diversity and inclusion principles to real-world scenarios. By conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis, students will identify key trends and best practices in inclusive employer branding.



- Conduct a competitor analysis of HR/DEI branding.


- Research customer perceptions of disability-inclusive hiring.


- Develop a social media campaign plan to attract diverse talent.

Deliverables

Students will produce a comprehensive market research report detailing customer perceptions of disability-inclusive hiring practices. Additionally, they will conduct a competitor analysis of HR/DEI branding strategies to identify strengths and weaknesses in the current market. Finally, students will create a social media campaign plan designed to help employers enhance their inclusive branding and attract a diverse talent pool.
