Digital Experience Design & Thinking Fall 2025

This course teaches the fundamentals of digital experience design (UXD) and testing. Students will apply best practice techniques learned in the course to evaluate the effectiveness of an existing marketing website or app against defined business objectives. Key topics covered include human-centred user experience (UX) design, cross-channel UX, information architecture (IA), digital product design, and techniques for evaluating the marketing effectiveness of interactive systems.
Marketing Management Winter 2026
MKTG 4202
This course is intended to incorporate all of the knowledge and skills acquired by students in their final semester of a three-year advanced diploma marketing program to complete a comprehensive marketing strategy and action plan for a business client. Working in groups, they take the full semester to understand your business, research your target market and competitive landscape, and then they develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and action plan aligned with your business goals. A formal presentation will be delivered, followed by the submission of a written report.
IT Service Management in Action

This experience immerses learners in the practical application of IT service management principles within a business context. Participants will gain the ability to identify and understand key IT terminology and concepts, describe the service value system, and develop strategic ITIL service management plans tailored for small to medium-sized businesses. By engaging in real-world scenarios, learners will enhance their skills in setting up, monitoring, and maintaining IT services, ultimately adding value to organizations through effective IT management.
